BY ACCESSING OUR DIGITAL RESOURCES, YOU AGREE TO OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO
NOT AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE OF THE
ONLINE RESOURCES AND DELETE ANY DOWNLOADED MATERIAL.

IMPORTANT:

The teaching materials may only be used by school staff who have attended a Zippy’s Friends (and
SEN)/Apple’s Friends/ training course. Access to these materials will be granted by providing
usernames and passwords. These documents or any portion may not be reproduced, relabeled, or
used in any commercial manner whatsoever without the express written permission of Partnership
for Children via Action for Integral Human Development.

The videos of Zippy’s Friends programme may only be used by teachers and parents of Grade 1-3.
Access to these materials will be granted by providing usernames and passwords. These videos or any
portion may not be reproduced, relabeled, downloaded, or used in any commercial manner
whatsoever without the express written permission of Partnership for Children via Action for Integral
Human Development.

Acknowledgements

You will be assumed to have obtained permission from the owners of any desktop computer, mobile
telephone or handheld devices that are controlled, but not owned, by you to download or stream a
copy of the resources onto the device. You accept responsibility in accordance with the terms and
conditions for the use of the resources on or in relation to any device, whether or not it is owned by
you.

Grant and scope

1.1 Partnership for Children via Action for Integral Human Development website who have
purchased the hard copy and/or programme resources, makes available:

1.1.1 The online resources and digital downloads to those trained in the programmes.

1.1.2 The Zippy’s Friends videos for the teachers of grade 1-3 and parents to be broadcasted
in class.

1.2 The log in details you have been provided with will not be shared with anyone.

1.3 You may access or download the resources for your private purposes only onto an unlimited
number of devices owned or controlled by you, and to view, use and display on the devices for your
personal use only.

1.4 In accordance with our Copyright, you will not redistribute or make available resources
downloaded through the teacher log in and you understand that any resources you have downloaded
are for your personal use only.

Acceptable Use Policy

2.1 Any resources downloaded may not be shared or otherwise hosted on any networked system.
Resources are for the single and sole use of the person or organisation downloading them and any
replication or sharing of resources (without written permission of the CEO) will result in Partnership
for Children via Action for Integral Human Development taking action to protect its rights.

2.2 You may not use your account to download, stream and print the resources for anyone else.

2.3 Partnership for Children does not allow volume printing arrangements of resources.

2.4 You can make copies of the resources as is reasonably necessary for its lawful use.

Copyright

3.1 You acknowledge that Partnership for Children retains the copyright of the programmes materials.

3.2 You acknowledge that all content remains the property of Partnership for Children at all times.

3.3 You understand that no materials (including the videos of Zippy Friends programme) will be
reproduced without Partnership for Children’s written consent and will ensure that all such copies
embody the same copyright and proprietary notices as appears on the original.

3.4 You understand that you cannot use any version of the programmes or materials to devise new or
alternative training courses or programmes.

3.5 You understand that you cannot sell, rent, lease, loan, translate, merge, adapt, vary or modify any
of the resources without Partnership for Children’s written consent via Action for Integral Human
Development.
